Celebrating Successes

ANZAC Day

Our Head Girl and Boy recently represented the school in the ANZAC day ceremony. As a school we reflected that Anzac Day is a day to remember all Australians and New Zealanders who gave their lives in all wars, conflicts, and peacekeeping missions around the world. It is also a time to remember and thank all those who have served and continue to serve in the Australian and New Zealand armies.

Camp Quality

St Francis Xavier was fortunate to have Camp Quality visit and educate students about the difficulties children and families face with childhood cancer. With two children at St Francis Xavier diagnosed with cancer it provided important learning and practical ways that we can support individuals and families.

Channel Seven was on hand and provided a memorable news report.

30 Years of Service

And we finally presented Miss Barley’s gift in front of students, celebrating 30 years of service to St Francis Xavier Primary. Miss Barley’s service has positively impacted thousands of students over this time and as a community we are extremely grateful for the joy, compassion and love she brings every day.
