Old Worlds, New Worlds, Other Worlds

Old Worlds, New Worlds, Other Worlds

No matter where we are in the world or the time space continuum, Book Week is an opportune time to celebrate the power of reading.

We started the week with freelance cartoonist, Gavin Aung Than, sharing his passion for cartooning and comics with our senior students. The teacher’s shared their favourite books; students got creative with green screens and craft to create reading posters; buddies read to each other in the playground; competition winners shared their creativity; dress ups of characters roamed the school and Year 4J concluded the week celebrating the love and importance of reading at our school assembly. A great week of reading was had by all! What will you read this week?
