The canteen is open Tuesday – Friday at recess and lunch (no canteen on Mondays). Lunch orders can be placed at the canteen before school, alternatively registering at QuickCliq will enable you to order online. Menus are available below.

Healthy Food Choices
Catholic schools encourage students to make healthy choices for their lives including healthy food choices. It is important that parents, staff members and students work together to support a whole-school approach to building a school culture in which students actively choose nutritious food and a healthy lifestyle.
Healthy canteen choices complement the nutrition knowledge taught in the classroom and promote a school culture of healthy eating that can extend into the wider family and community. The school canteen serves the school community with nutritional food at affordable prices.
Dress Standards
A high standard of dress and grooming is essential to reflect the personal standards required of a student at Saint Francis Xavier. Poor dress or grooming reflects adversely on all parties; student, parents and school; and so high standards are strongly reinforced. Parents are asked to assist the school in this area.
Uniforms
Catholic schools are called to develop a sense of community where all people are treated equally regardless of financial circumstances. A consistent uniform worn by all students and kept to a minimal cost, helps students feel part of the community and enables them to show pride and respect towards their school.

Second-hand Uniforms
The P&F runs a second-hand uniform shop from the Uniform storeroom.

Donations of old, clean and ironed uniforms is appreciated.
Lost Property
All articles of clothing or equipment are to be clearly marked with a name. No attempt will be made to find the owner of articles of clothing, which are not clearly marked with a name. These items will be placed in the Lost Property Box and if unclaimed, articles are given to the St. Vincent de Paul Society or the Second-hand Uniform shop.
Sibling Discount
Catholic schools in the Diocese of Geraldton are committed to providing an affordable quality Catholic education for families.
We understand the financial demands placed on families and seek to keep the fees as low as possible.
This year, we have introduced a Kindergarten to Year 12 Sibling discount for school fees. If any of your children attending St Francis Xavier Primary School have a sibling currently at Nagle Catholic College, families are eligible for a $100 family discount off their school fees from St Francis’s. Families will also be entitled to a further $100 family discount off their school fees from Nagle Catholic College.
Please note that only one sibling discount for school fees is applicable per family.
